Job summary

ARKRAY Co. Ltd., Inc. is seeking an IT Administrator to support both office and production operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on experience with networking, firewall setup (Fortigate), cloud-based servers, CCTV systems, and IT asset management.

Graduate in IT or Computer Engineering with at least 1 year in IT admin; 2+ years in the listed areas; responsibilities include server monitoring, backups, device provisioning, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related course.
• Minimum 1 year of IT administration experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in networking, firewall setup, cloud-based servers, CCTV systems, reports customization, and IT asset management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the Server, UPS and other devices used by both office and production operation.
• Ensure to have system and back-up copy of servers according to its schedule.
• Manage Fortigate firewall and configure network switches and router.
• Coordinate with supplier and third party distributor for new IT devices, accessories, tools and equipment.
• Setting-up new employee system accounts and deploy new units/devices to requesting personnel.
• Prepare accountability documents and monitor status of all devices (issuance, returns, repairs, etc.).
• Maintains adherence to company policies safety standards and good housekeeping practices
