Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course
• With at least 1 year experience as IT Administrator in a manufacturing setup.
• With knowledge in IT programming, networking, firewall set-up and management, and reports customization
• Knowledgeable in different IT related devices and programs which includes but is not limited to CCTV, biometrics, HRIS, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible in maintaining and monitor the Server, UPS and other devices used by both office and production operation
• Ensures to have system and back-up copy of servers according to its schedule
• Responsible in managing Fortigate firewall and configure network switches and router
• Coordinate with supplier and third party distributor for new IT devices, accessories, tools and equipment
• Setting-up new employee system accounts and deploy new units/devices to requesting personnel
• Prepare accountability documents and monitor status of all devices (issuance, returns, repairs, etc.)
• Maintains adherence to company policies safety standards and good housekeeping practices
