Job summary

Aice Philippines Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking an IT professional for on-site support in Batangas City.

You will provide hardware, software, network, and production system support, manage IT infrastructure, and lead infrastructure projects. The role requires 3–5 years in IT support or systems administration, a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS, and knowledge of VLANs, OSPF/BGP, routing, and wireless controllers/APs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 3–5 years IT support, systems administration or infra management in manufacturing.
• Experience with VLANs, OSPF, BGP, routing, and wireless controllers/APs.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in network administration and system analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, Network Administration Experience in VLANs, OSPF, and BGP, Routing, and Wireless Controller and Access Point
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support
