Job summary

PHILIPPINE UNITED PHARMA CORP. is seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage and maintain the company’s computer systems, networks, databases, and IT infrastructure at its Cavite site.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Overtime may be required; experience in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

• At least 2 years of IT Officer/Network Admin/Technical Support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to render overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet Connectivity).
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
• Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network concerns.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular system inspections.
• Monitor and maintain servers, data storage, backups, and security systems.
• Develop and modify system application reports and automation tools as needed.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and monitor potential threats.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related concerns.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, licenses, and technical procedures.
• Supervise and monitor performance of technical personnel and hardware resources.

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and maintain the company's overall computer systems, networks, databases, and IT infrastructure requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as IT Officer, Network Administrator, or Technical Support Specialist.
