Job summary

Eastvantage Careers is seeking an IT Operations professional in Metro Manila to manage and maintain diverse network and IT infrastructure. The role includes handling firewall routers, switches, NAS, domain controllers, VMs, and cloud-based VOIP, while ensuring PCI DSS compliance.

You will work with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and documentation to support desktop, network, VOIP, and server issues, reporting directly to the ICT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage firewall routers (WAN/LAN/HA setup, Fortinet, load balancing)
• Configure network switches (VTP protocol, port mapping, VLAN)
• Oversee Helpdesk Ticketing System (Zendesk portal)
• Manage Domain Controllers and Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux)
• Monitor networks (PingPlotter, Wireshark)
• Maintain IT Assets (Software/Hardware)
• Admin Cloud Based PBX (SIP)
• Manage NAS (Synology)
• Handle Email Exchange (Gmail/Webmail)
• Create IT Documentation (Diagrams, Plans, Reports and Knowledge Base)
• Provide Troubleshooting Solutions (Desktop, Network, VOIP and Server)
• Directly reporting to the ICT Manager
• Work on PCI DSS compliance
