Job summary

ARKRAY, Inc. is seeking an IT Administrator to join our manufacturing support team. You will maintain servers, network equipment and CCTV systems, ensuring backups and proper device management across office and production operations.

The role requires 1+ year in IT administration within manufacturing, plus 2+ years in networking, Fortigate, cloud management and related duties. Knowledge of software licensing and asset handling is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
• At least 1 year experience as IT Administrator in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years experience in networking, Fortigate firewall, cloud-based server management, CCTV installation and reports customization, and IT asset management in a manufacturing setup.
• Knowledgeable in software installation, licensing and activation, and compatibility with existing systems.
• Ability to identify, locate and troubleshoot IT devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the Server, UPS and other devices used by both office and production operation
• Ensure to have system and back-up copies of servers according to schedule
• Manage Fortigate firewall and configure network switches and router
• Coordinate with supplier and third party distributor for new IT devices, accessories, tools and equipment
• Set up new employee system accounts and deploy new units/devices to requesting personnel
• Prepare accountability documents and monitor status of all devices (issuance, returns, repairs, etc.)
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices
