Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day IT operations including network administration, server management, backups, hardware and software installations and IT security measures
• Supports departments in implementing systems such as SAP or other ERP systems
• Develops and implements disaster recovery plans to minimize business disruption
• Ensures IT infrastructure is up-to-date, reliable, and scalable
• Designs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains hardware and software systems
• Monitors CCTV installation and maintenance
• Monitors inventory of IT equipment like laptops, desktops, hard drives, USBs
• Maintains asset, information security and control structures
• Monitors data security, network access and backup systems
• Implements security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from cyber threats

About the role

Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our information and data systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Implements and maintains company's information and technology needs. Pursue excellence and innovation in the field of Information Technology and apply the best practices to the company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day activities including network administration, server management, systems and files backups, hardware and software installations and other IT security measures

• Supports all the departments in the implementation of the system such as but not limited to SAP or any ERP system

• Develops and implements plans to recover IT systems and data in case of emergencies or disasters, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

• Ensures IT infrastructure is up-to-date, reliable, and scalable to meet current and future business needs

• Designs, modifies and implements installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems

• Checks and monitors CCTV installation and maintenance

• Checks and monitors inventory of equipment such as but not limited to Laptops, desktops, hard drives, USBS, and others

• Checks and monitors and preserves assets, information security and control structures

• Checks and monitors security of data, network access and backup systems

• Implements and maintains security measures to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and unauthorized access

About you

• BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or BS Information Technology graduate

• 1 to 2 years' experience as IT
