Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years proven IT Project Manager, Service Delivery Lead, or IT Account Manager experience overseeing end-to-end IT implementations.
• Hands-on delivery frameworks experience (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, ITIL guidelines).
• Proven ability to engage executives, run Steering Committee meetings, and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation skills for timelines, scope changes, and resource conflicts.

• Account Relationship Governance: Maintain regular, structured touchpoints with business leaders to track project health, review service SLAs, and evaluate ongoing IT satisfaction.
• IT Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to map business goals to actionable IT roadmaps and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancement requests.
• Demand Management & Ideation: Lead intake activities, scoping, and business case justification for new project ideas, technology enhancements, and software subscriptions.
• Resource & Priority Negotiation: Work closely with the IT Group to define priority levels for client system requests; negotiate delivery timelines and resolve resource bottlenecks.
• Financial Oversight & Budgeting: Coordinate with business units to review associated costs, budgets, and business cases for requested IT initiatives.
• Service Transition & Enhancement Evaluation: Assess BAU enhancement requests and oversee the transition of completed projects into stable, long-term IT operational support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology Management, or a related field.
• IT Project Delivery: Atleast 3-5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Service Delivery Lead, or IT Account Manager overseeing end-to-end IT implementations.
• Delivery Frameworks: Hands-on experience with project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL guidelines (particularly Service Transition & Incident/Change Management).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, facilitate Steering Committee meetings, and lead cross-functional alignment.
• Accountability & Negotiation: Demonstrated success negotiating project timelines, managing scope changes, and resolving resource conflicts between business stakeholders and technical execution teams.
