Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years proven IT Project Manager, Service Delivery Lead, or IT Account Manager experience overseeing end-to-end IT implementations.
• Hands-on delivery frameworks experience (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, ITIL guidelines).
• Proven ability to engage executives, run Steering Committee meetings, and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation skills for timelines, scope changes, and resource conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular touchpoints with business leaders to track project health.
• Map business goals to IT roadmaps and BAU enhancement requests.
• Lead intake, scoping, and business case justification for new IT projects and software subscriptions.
• Define priorities with IT Group and negotiate delivery timelines.
• Review costs, budgets, and business cases for IT initiatives.
• Oversee transition of completed projects into long-term IT operational support.
