Qualifications

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Metro Manila and is focused on managing and growing client relationships within the I.T. infrastructure and digital transformation space.

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of customers, understand their business and technical needs, and align appropriate solutions and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with technical and delivery teams, and monitoring project progress to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, managing contract renewals, addressing service issues, and maintaining accurate account records and forecasts.

The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and long-term partnerships are strengthened.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including account planning, stakeholder communication, and customer satisfaction management.
• Experience in I.T. infrastructure or related technology services, with the ability to understand and discuss technical solutions at a business level.
• Proficiency in sales and business development activities such as prospecting, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and negotiation.
• Solid organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and operate with a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success in the technology or I.T. services industry is highly beneficial.
