Job summary

Graduate with at least 1 year ISO Document Controller experience in a construction setting; must be highly organized, with strong communication and confidentiality. This role is on-site and plays a key part in project administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of ISO Document Controller experience.
• Preferably in construction or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, stamp, control, distribute, and archive project documents.
• Ensure drawings are updated to the latest revisions.
• Monitor Job Order Requests and Travel Orders.
• Issue Project Initiation Forms and project codes.
• Facilitate document transmittals to clients and turnover.
• Provide documentation support to the Operations Team.
