Cartrack Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Pre-sales Consultant to translate business needs into technical requirements and to drive demonstrations and proofs of concept for IoT-based fleet solutions.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering compelling ROI analyses, and collaborating with product teams to shape future features and integrations, ensuring customer success and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM field from a tier 1 University.
Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales consultations in software implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex tech into lay terms.
Understanding of software architecture and next-gen tech (IoT, AI, Cloud).
Strong understanding of APIs.
Meticulous, organized, and driven by customer success.

Responsibilities

Translate customer business needs into technical requirement documents for technical teams.
Develop ROI evaluations based on customer use cases and requirements.
Plan and deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, and implementations; write scripts addressing customer challenges.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure onboarding and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with product teams to identify new features benefiting customers and enable integrations.
