Job summary

Cartrack is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to translate customer needs into technical requirements and craft ROI evaluations across various industries. You will help customers develop their tech strategy and be their trusted IoT pro.

You will lead demonstrations, proofs of concept and integrations, writing scripts to address challenges and create a seamless adoption experience. Collaboration with product teams is essential to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS or STEM from a tier-1 university.
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in pre-sales consultations in software implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of software architecture and IoT, AI, Cloud.
Strong understanding of APIs.
Passionate about making customers’ lives easier and driven by success.
Meticulous, organised and well structured.

Responsibilities

Translate customer business needs into technical requirement documents.
Develop ROI evaluations based on customer use cases.
Plan and deliver demonstrations, proof of concepts and implementations.
Write scripts to tackle customer challenges and ensure seamless adoption.
Build strong client relationships and onboard them to solutions with potential upsell.
Collaborate with product teams to inform feature development and customer insights.
