Sun Life in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Client Servicing Specialist to handle non-financial transactions for clients, advisors, and representatives. You will ensure timely, accurate responses and maintain key investor records with meticulous documentation.

With 3–5 years in client servicing and a background in communications or business, you will collaborate across Call Center, Client Service Centers, and Sales to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate in communication or business-related field.
• 3–5 years in client servicing.
• Experience in a financial institution is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, comprehension and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client, advisor, and representative requests related to non-financial transactions in a timely, client-centered manner.
• Processes non-financial requests (statements, confirmations, redemption letters, account updates) within turnaround times.
• Maintains investor records, updating contact info and servicing advisor changes with accurate documentation.
• Handles, monitors, and distributes investor documents such as statements and confirmations.
• Coordinates with the Call Center, Client Service Centers, Sales Team, and others to resolve requests and ensure timely completion.
• Monitors requests, backlogs, turnaround times; escalates issues as needed.
• Prepares reports, trackers, and test plans for initiatives related to non-financial transactions and client servicing improvements.
