Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling cashiering and client inquiries
• Familiarity with financial processes and cash handling
• Knowledge of client service center systems and tools can be an asset
• Ability to coordinate with backend support and maintain accuracy in records

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries and requests at the counter in a timely, professional manner
• Scan new business and conversion applications following guidelines
• Process disbursement-related transactions such as loans, cash surrender value, and withdrawals
• Receive and process payments for all lines of business and issue receipts
• Maintain petty cash fund and ensure vault balance and replenishment
• Prepare correspondences and monthly reports; support client service center operations
• Support sales/marketing tasks for the client service center and handle inventory of supplies
