Job summary

Lhoopa is looking for an Investor Relations Manager - Capital & Investor Engagement to bridge the company with the investment community. You will convert data into credible narratives, support fundraising, and prepare leadership for investor discussions.

You will work with leadership to explain our business model, growth plans, and impact, ensuring external communications are accurate and aligned with how the business operates.

Qualifications

Investor Relations Manager - Capital & Investor Engagement

That’s where this role comes in.

We’re looking for someone who can sit between Lhoopa and the investment community—someone who understands what investors need to see, where they are likely to challenge the story, and how to connect financial performance with the real-world impact of the business.

Because a strong investment story should do more than present the numbers. It should help people understand what those numbers make possible.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll work closely with Lhoopa’s leadership team and different parts of the business to:

• Turn financial, operational, and impact data into a clear and credible investment narrative.
• Help investors understand how Lhoopa’s business model works, how it can grow, and the impact that growth can create.
• Develop presentations, reports, briefing materials, and investor updates.
• Prepare leadership for investor meetings and important discussions.
• Anticipate questions and ensure the right supporting information is ready.
• Coordinate information requests across Finance, Operations, Legal, and other teams.
• Keep track of investor conversations, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Conduct relevant market and investor research.
• Ensure that external communications are accurate, consistent, and grounded in how the business operates.

This isn’t a role where you simply collect numbers and place them into a presentation.

You’ll need to understand the business behind those numbers, ask thoughtful questions when something is unclear, and help explain Lhoopa in a way that stands up to investor scrutiny.

You’ll also help connect two things that are sometimes presented separately: building a sustainable, scalable business and making homeownership more accessible.

What we’re looking for

You may have experience in Investor Relations or come from one of the following areas:

• Investment banking
• Private equity or venture capital
• Growth equity or impact investing
• Capital markets or transaction advisory
• Investor relations within a growing company
• What matters more is that you have experience evaluating businesses, working on investments or transactions, supporting capital-raising activities, or helping companies communicate with institutional stakeholders.
• You should be comfortable with financial statements, valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence. Just as importantly, you should be able to explain complex information without making it sound more complicated—or more impressive—than it really is.
