Lhoopa is looking for an Investor Relations Manager - Capital & Investor Engagement to bridge the company with the investment community. You will convert data into credible narratives, support fundraising, and prepare leadership for investor discussions.

You will work with leadership to explain our business model, growth plans, and impact, ensuring external communications are accurate and aligned with how the business operates.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating businesses and supporting capital-raising activities.
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly to institutional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial, operational and impact data into a clear investment narrative.
• Prepare presentations, reports and investor updates.
• Coordinate information requests across Finance, Operations, Legal and other teams.
• Keep track of investor conversations, follow-ups and next steps.
