Job summary

Lhoopa Inc. is seeking a senior operator to work closely with the COO to translate business priorities into clear plans, aligned teams and measurable progress.

This hands-on role requires turning direction into action and maintaining momentum across the organization from strategy to execution. You will translate leadership priorities into timelines, own cross-functional initiatives, manage blockers, and run the COO’s operating rhythm alongside the CEO and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in senior operations or similar roles.
• Experience working with CEO/COO or senior leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-department initiatives with clear outcomes.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-through.
• Ability to move between strategic discussions and execution

Lhoopa is looking for a senior operator who can work closely with our COO to turn business priorities into clear plans, aligned teams and measurable progress.

You may already be a Chief of Staff. Or you may currently be leading strategy, operations, transformation, a business unit or a growing market. What matters is your ability to understand the bigger picture, bring structure to ambiguity and keep important work moving across the organization.

What you’ll do

You will act as a force multiplier to the COO, helping drive execution across Lhoopa.

This will include:

• Translating leadership priorities into clear plans, timelines and ownership

• Driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery

• Following through on commitments, resolving blockers and escalating when needed

• Running the COO’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, priorities and action tracking

• Working closely with the CEO, SVPs, VPs and functional leaders

• Preparing concise leadership updates and internal communications

• Representing the COO in selected meetings and discussions

• Leading time-bound strategic and operational projects

• Bringing structure and momentum to priorities that may initially be ambiguous

• Managing analysts, coordinators or project resources when required

This is a hands-on role. You will not simply monitor initiatives from a distance—you will step into the work, bring the right people together and help drive it through to completion.

What we’re looking for

• At least 8 years of experience in senior operations, strategy, transformation, general management or a similar high-velocity environment

• Experience working directly with a CEO, COO, founder or senior leadership team

• A strong record of delivering initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders

• The judgment and confidence to influence senior leaders without relying on hierarchy

• Strong organization, communication and follow-through

• Comfortable moving between strategic conversations and detailed execution

• Able to work independently and make progress even when the path is not immediately clear

Experience in a technology platform, fintech, proptech, marketplace or fast-growing company would be an advantage.

Prior Chief of Staff experience is welcome but not required.
