We are hiring at Lhoopa Inc. to manage Pag-IBIG housing finance transactions and related programs in Metro Manila. You will act as the central liaison with Pag-IBIG, ensuring smooth NOA and LTO processes and timely approvals while coordinating with multiple internal teams and external offices.
The role requires regular on-site presence at Pag-IBIG and Registry of Deeds offices, building strong relationships with stakeholders and moving complex transactions to completion.
There’s a big difference between knowing how a Pag-IBIG housing transaction is supposed to work — and knowing how to actually get one moving.
We’re looking for someone who knows the difference.
At Lhoopa, we work to make homeownership more accessible by bringing together technology, local contractors, brokers, field partners and housing finance.
And for many of the families we serve, Pag-IBIG Fund is a critical part of that journey.
We’re looking for someone who understands Pag-IBIG housing finance from the inside out — someone who knows the people, the processes and how to navigate both senior-level conversations and the day-to-day work needed to move approvals forward.
This is not a desk-only relationship role.
Some days, you may be meeting with senior Pag-IBIG stakeholders to discuss a program or resolve an issue.
Other days, you may be following up on a document, coordinating with an operational team, checking what is holding up a transaction or visiting the Registry of Deeds.
Both parts of the job matter.
You’ll be one of Lhoopa’s key points of contact for Pag-IBIG and will help keep housing finance transactions and institutional initiatives moving.
Your work will include:
There will be several transactions and initiatives moving at the same time, so being organised and persistent will be important.
Your current title matters less to us than the experience you’ve built.
You may currently be working — or may have previously worked — in:
Pag-IBIG Fund / HDMF
or with a:
housing developer, real estate company or housing-finance organization where Pag-IBIG transactions are a significant part of the business.
We’d particularly like to speak with you if you have:
Experience supporting Pag-IBIG acquisition programs such as BIBS, Bulk Sale or similar initiatives would also be useful.
We’re not looking for someone who simply knows the checklist.
We’re looking for someone who understands how things actually move.
Someone who can speak comfortably with senior stakeholders, then stay close enough to the details to make sure the agreed action happens.
Someone who knows which questions to ask, who needs to be involved and when something needs to be escalated.
And someone who understands that getting the financing side right can be the difference between a completed property and a family actually becoming a homeowner.
Lhoopa is building a different way of delivering affordable housing.
We use technology and a decentralised network of contractors, brokers and local partners to help bring homes to more communities across the Philippines.
This role gives you the opportunity to use years of Pag-IBIG and housing-finance experience on a platform that is continuing to grow — while remaining close to the actual transactions and families that work ultimately supports.
The role is based in Metro Manila and requires regular presence at Pag-IBIG and Registry of Deeds offices.
If you’ve spent years learning how Pag-IBIG housing transactions really work — and have built the relationships to help move them — we’d like to hear from you.
