Lhoopa Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager who can turn strategy into clear, consistent execution.

You’ll shape how our story is communicated to media, regulators, investors, industry partners, and the broader housing sector, and you’ll move from ideas to polished publications, campaigns, events, or announcements. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent writing, and the ability to translate input from leadership, data, policy, and operations into credible content.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong understanding of media relations and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing agencies, projects, and cross-functional contributors.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow-through.
• Sound judgment with sensitive or time-critical communications.
• Ability to coach and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Turn communications priorities into clear execution plans (monthly and weekly).
• Lead development of whitepapers, research, impact reports, and executive materials.
• Translate input from leadership, data, policy, and operations into credible content.
• Tailor stories for regulators, investors, media, partners, brokers, and contractors.
• Manage drafts, revisions, approvals, and final delivery with minimal oversight.
• Ensure brand and narrative consistency across presentations and materials.
• Identify media and thought-leadership opportunities and draft communications.
