Job summary

Michael Page is partnered with a high-growth tech company based in Makati, Philippines, to recruit an experienced investor relations leader.

You will develop IR strategies, manage investor communications, lead fundraising, and drive pre-IPO and post-IPO readiness in collaboration with the CFO and FP&A teams.

The successful candidate will have a background in finance, strong modelling and presentation skills, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Investor Relations or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and capital-raising experience.
• Experience preparing investor presentations, board materials, and investment memoranda.
• Proven ability to manage investor communications and stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of due diligence, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

Job Description

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies, managing investor communications, board materials, and shareholder reporting.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, investment memorandum preparation, and due diligence management.
• Drive pre-IPO and post-IPO readiness activities, including regulatory compliance, reporting frameworks, and market positioning.
• Build financial models, support strategic planning, and partner with FP&A and business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights.

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required

• Proven experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and capital-raising experience.
• Experience preparing investor presentations, board materials, and investment memoranda.
• Demonstrated ability to manage investor communications and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of due diligence processes, financial reporting, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Good-to-haves / Preferred

• Experience supporting IPO preparation or working within a publicly listed company environment.
• Exposure to technology, start-up, or high-growth companies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, disclosure requirements, and public market reporting.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Experience working with institutional investors, venture capital firms, or private equity funds.
