Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an experienced Operations professional to support trading, settlement and reporting activities in the Capital Markets space. The role involves handling day-to-day reconciliations, trade flows, and client-facing controls within a growing Middle Office environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Capital Markets or related fund accounting, strong Excel/SQL skills (VBA a plus), and excellent communication to service internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Capital Markets, reconciliation, or fund accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; VBA is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Willing to work graveyard shift (10 PM or 11 PM Philippine Time).
• Ability to work with SLAs, multitask, and deliver high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, and admins to resolve issues.
• Support daily tasks across Middle Office and related teams via cross-training.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation projects.
• Ensure timely updates and completeness of process documentation.
• Take on added responsibilities as the team grows and meets SLAs.
