Job summary

Infinit-O seeks a seasoned financial services professional to review and manage investment trade workflows, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers. You will normalize large datasets from hedge funds and private equity, and prepare regular client reporting uploads with accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with custodians and administrators, drive data integrity, and help implement scalable, automated processes across product lines.

Qualifications

• College degree in economics, finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services industry.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros).

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and analyze alternative investment trades (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers).
• Aggregate and normalize large hedge fund and private equity data.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly client reporting uploads.
• Ensure data integrity for reports and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Develop scalable processes with technology team to automate workflows.
