Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile records with stock.
• Analyzes sales patterns to determine reorder points and prevent stockouts/overstock.
• Monitors KPIs (turnover, shrinkage) and prepares reports for senior management.
• Implements procedures like FIFO or updates to Warehouse Management Systems to improve flow and reduce costs.
• Monitors ageing reports and conducts inventory matching.
• Coordinates with MAWM and Oracle for inventory processes.
• Manages resources and coordinates team needs.
• Provides operations status, reports and analysis.
• Creates SOPs and work instructions and trains team members.
• Conducts 121s and team engagement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Leads regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
• Analyzes sales patterns and customer trends to determine reorder points and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnover rates and shrinkage, then prepares detailed reports for senior management.
• : Implements new procedures, such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or updated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), to improve operational flow and reduce costs
• Monitor the ageing report
• Conduct Inventory matching from MAWM and Oracle
• Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA
• Managed people and other resources requirements
• Provides Operations status, reports and analysis
• Create SOP and WI and deployed to his people
• Conducts 121 and team engagement

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations
• Has experience on People Management
• Has experience on Customer Management
• Has experience on Order booking and management
• Has strong and good leadership and analytical skills
• Can work in minimum supervision
• Has flexibility the support the task of the team if needed
• Has good attendance record
• Has advance skill on using micrsoft applications esp. excel.
