Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee stock accuracy, cycle counts, and inventory integrity across our distribution operations. You will lead and train warehouse staff, coordinate with operations, planning, and customer service to support inbound and outbound activities.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and data management skills to interpret KPIs and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to conduct and manage cycle counting, audits, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control all inventory activities to ensure stock accuracy, availability, and integrity.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and audits, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with operations, planning, and customer service to support inbound and outbound activities.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Analyze inventory data, KPIs, and reports to drive accuracy, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and supervise inventory staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Utilize WMS and other systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility and reporting.
