Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure accuracy and control of stock within the Sta. Rosa warehouse. You will oversee stock movements, system transactions, and cycle counts to meet DHL standards.

The role requires a degree in logistics or related field, 3–5 years in warehouse operations, and 1–2 years in supervision. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, along with WMS experience and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• 1–2 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and KPIs.
• Experience using WMS and basic reporting tools.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules when required.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inventory transactions are correctly recorded in the WMS.

• Support inventory adjustments, damage handling, and quarantine processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Systems, and Customer teams on inventory issues.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies, quality, and audit requirements.
• Support system changes, new account implementations, and stock take activities.
