Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify physical inventory against system records.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage and train inventory team members, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide insights on stock movements and turnover rates.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse organisation systems to maximise space utilization.
• Ensure all inventory activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy rates, inventory turns, and cost metrics.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to join DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in a full-time capacity, based in Cabuyao City, Laguna. This is a strategic role within our operations team, responsible for overseeing inventory management activities and ensuring accurate stock control across our supply chain operations. The Inventory Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, implementing best practices, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This position is integral to the efficiency and profitability of our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained in the warehouse management system

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations supervision
• Proven track record in managing inventory systems and maintaining high accuracy standards
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency with inventory software
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in team supervision and staff development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations is highly desirable
• Certification in inventory management or warehouse operations (such as APICS CPIM or equivalent) is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
