Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead cycle counts, audit stock accuracy, and drive improvements in warehousing and inventory control.

You will analyze sales trends, set reorder points, monitor KPIs, manage people and resources, and develop SOPs for the team while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in People Management.
• Experience in Customer Management.
• Experience in Order booking and management.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to support team tasks when needed.
• Good attendance record.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
• Analyzes sales patterns and customer trends to determine reorder points and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitors KPIs like turnover and shrinkage, and prepares detailed reports for senior management.
• Implements new procedures, such as FIFO or WMOS updates, to improve flow and reduce costs.
• Monitors, updates and reconciles IRA.
• Manages people and other resources requirements.
• Provides Operations status, reports and analyses.
• Creates SOPs and WI and deploys to the team.

• : Implements new procedures, such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or updated Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS), to improve operational flow and reduce costs
• Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA
• Managed people and other resources requirements
• Provides Operations status, reports and analysis
• Create SOP and WI and deployed to the team

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations
• Has experience on People Management
• Has experience on Customer Management
• Has experience on Order booking and management
• Has strong and good leadership and analytical skills
• Can work in minimum supervision
• Has flexibility the support the task of the team if needed
• Has good attendance record
• Has advance skill on using microsoft applications esp. excel.
