Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee all inventory activities, implement controls, and support inbound and outbound operations. This role requires strong knowledge of inventory management, WMS proficiency, and leadership to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.

The position emphasizes cycle counting, data analysis, and collaboration with operations and planning teams to maintain stock integrity and cost control.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
• High analytical and data management skills to interpret inventory reports, KPIs, and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to conduct and manage cycle counting, audits, and reconciliations.
• Solid planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize WMS and other systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility and reporting.
