Shopee Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records in our Laguna, Calamba warehouse.

You will oversee reconciliation activities, investigate discrepancies, prepare reports, and collaborate with warehouse, commercial, and finance teams to drive operational efficiency and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory reconciliation, preferably in an e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations environment.
  • Experience in validating data, preparing reports, and resolving operational discrepancies.
  • Background in cross-functional coordination between warehouse, commercial, and finance teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inventory reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and alignment between system records and physical inventory.
  • Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies, variances, and adjustment transactions across warehouse operations.
  • Conduct detailed reconciliation of inbound, outbound, return, and transfer transactions to identify root causes of inventory issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory processes, dispute handling, and operational efficiency.
  • Escalate critical inventory issues, process risks, and unresolved discrepancies to management when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to warehouse inventory management and reconciliation processes.

Job description

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records by identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to support efficient and reliable warehouse operations. Handles reconciliation, dispute analysis, and claim validation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and effective resolution of inventory and operational issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management
  • Background in cross-functional coordination between warehouse, commercial, and finance teams is an advantage.
