Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to oversee daily inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy between system records and physical stock at the Laguna Warehouse.

You will monitor inbound, outbound, returns, and transfer transactions to identify root causes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years’ experience in inventory reconciliation or audit, with preference for e-commerce/logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in inventory reconciliation or inventory audit, preferably in e-commerce/logistics.
• Experience in validating data, preparing reports, and resolving operational discrepancies.

• Escalate critical inventory issues, process risks, and unresolved discrepancies to management when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to warehouse inventory management and reconciliation processes.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records by identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to support efficient and reliable warehouse operations. Handles reconciliation, dispute analysis, and claim validation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and effective resolution of inventory and operational issues.

Requirements:

Background and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory reconciliation or inventory audit, preferably in an e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations environment.
• Experience in validating data, preparing reports, and resolving operational discrepancies.
• Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management
• Background in cross-functional coordination between warehouse, commercial, and finance teams is an advantage.
• Open to Fresh Graduates/Strong experience with inventory reconciliation

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data, validate discrepancies, and trace root causes across inbound, outbound, return, and transfer transactions
• Proficient in using data management systems and generating reports; high proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, including Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for reconciliation tracking and analysis
• Demonstrates negotiation skills, able to work cross-functionally with warehouse, commercial, and finance teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and claims
• Clear, professional communication for coordinating reconciliation issues across internal teams and external partners

Must be willing to report in Laguna Warehouse.
