Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Replenishment Analyst in the Philippines to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure product availability for order fulfillment. You will monitor inventory, plan replenishments from bulk storage to picking locations, and analyze stock movement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Internship experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, replenishment, or logistics.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or similar inventory platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, and filtering).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of picking locations.
• Plan and prioritize stock transfers based on demand and inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory performance, including stock availability, inventory turnover, and slow-moving items.
• Optimize product slotting and storage based on SKU movement.
• Generate inventory and replenishment reports and track key performance metrics.
• Maintain inventory parameters and master data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Outbound teams to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability.
• Support daily picking operations by ensuring high-demand products are replenished before order waves.
• Identify process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other inventory and warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
