Job summary

Care Center Clinic is seeking an Inventory & Procurement Control Associate to monitor stock levels, validate procurement, and ensure accuracy and compliance across locations.

You will maintain inventory and procurement trackers, generate reports on variances and status, and support HQ Operations with data validation and audits.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3+ years in inventory, procurement, or warehouse operations, with ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in inventory, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in tracking, reconciliation, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels across all locations.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, including variances and stock issues.
• Track purchase requests and purchase orders; Validate received items against PO; Ensure completeness of procurement documentation.
