Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, transfers, and reports.

Position Summary:

The Inventory Data Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory data to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in supply chain operations. This role involves working closely with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams, to provide actionable insights that improve data inventory management and business performance.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Inventory Data Management

• Collect, validate, and maintain accurate inventory records across systems.

• Track, monitor, and analyze stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.

• Prepare and update inventory dashboards and reports for management.

• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.

• Investigates and resolve data inconsistencies, escalating issues when necessary.

• Support forecasting and demand planning with data-driven insights.

Compliance and Audit Support

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to inventory management.

• Maintain and update permits, licenses, and documentation required for inventory operations.

• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory data and reports.

• Monitor inventory levels to align with compliance requirements.

• Maintain real-time logs and records to support transparency and accountability.

• Ensure documentation accuracy to prevent reporting delays.

• Verify supplier invoices and adjustments, ensuring accuracy in inventory-related billing.

• Respond to urgent inquiries regarding inventory status and resolve issues promptly.

Other Related Tasks

• Assist with special projects or initiatives related to supply chain and inventory optimization.

• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management.

• Support cross-functional teams with data insights to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree of any course.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field is preferred. This experience should include familiarity with inventory control processes and warehouse management systems.

• Experience with inventory tracking and managements practices, including conducting physical inventory counts and maintaining accurate records.

• Proficiency in using warehouse management software (such as MC frame) and Microsoft excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

• Experience in handling materials, including raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper storage, handling and transfer procedures are followed.

• Experience working in a team environment and coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.

• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations, including proper handling of materials and equipment.

• Experience in preparing and maintaining documentation related to inventory transactions, transfers, and reports.
