Job summary

The role supports HQ Operations by providing visibility and control over stock movements, procurement transactions, and related documentation, while coordinating with warehouse and Operations teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in inventory, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in tracking, reconciliation, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels across locations.
• Track purchase requests and purchase orders, and validate received items.
• Generate reports on stock levels, variances, and procurement status.
• Ensure adherence to inventory and procurement SOPs and support audits.
• Identify process gaps and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
