  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site audits.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic and surprise inventory audits in stores, warehouses, and distribution centers.
  • Verify inventory transactions, stock movements, and adjustments for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze inventory variances and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to inventory handling.
  • Prepare detailed audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management review.
  • Monitor slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete stocks and support corrective action planning.
  • Assist in improving inventory systems, processes, and audit checklists.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams during month-end and year-end inventory counts.
  • Support training and awareness sessions on proper inventory practices and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all audit-related activities.
