Link Business Process Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join the Device Management team within Merchant Services – Operations.
You will handle inventory control, record keeping, and asset movement across the department. Responsibilities include monitoring deliveries and stock levels, coordinating with local and international suppliers, preparing weekly and monthly inventory reports, and contributing to policy development for more efficient supply chain
Inventory Management Specialist is part of the Device Management team under Merchant Services – Operations Department. This role focuses on inventory control and management, record keeping, and managing asset movements related to the department.
Responsible for recording and monitoring deliveries, shipments and stock levels of all devices and other materials related to the department
Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and products levels to improve inventory control procedures
Responsible for device, consumables and other materials receiving and safekeeping, which includes inspection, detection of non-conformity and assessment
Warehouse management including visit and environment control
Handles communication and maintains relationship with all suppliers and providers – both local and international
Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics processes
Prepares complete inventory report which includes all in and out records of all devices and materials related to the department weekly, monthly or when needed
Contributes to creating policies and procedures related to inventory management
Key person for purchase request forms creation and monitoring, and purchase order communications with the vendor
Filing and keeping of sales invoices, delivery receipts, collection receipts and engineer’s activity reports
Supports device preparation specialist with big scale tasks and/or projects
Others may be assigned
College graduate preferably of Engineering or Technical course
Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in a financial industry and/or logistics industry focusing on inventory
Proficient in English both written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of payment solutions offered locally in the Philippines
Knowledge and experience on Inventory control and management (preferred)
Proactive critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills and strong attention to details
Good communication and presentation skills
Team oriented and with can-do attitude
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high quality output
Willing to work on weekend, holidays, and shifting schedules as needed
