Job summary

DO IT MARKETING CO., PHILIPPINES INC. seeks an Inventory Controller to oversee stock accuracy in Cebu operations. You will monitor records, receive and inspect materials, and coordinate across warehouse, purchasing, production, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates graduate in Industrial Engineering with 0–2 years in inventory control, proficient in Excel and ERP systems, and able to work independently with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering (IE).
• 0–2 years of experience in inventory control or related work.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse procedures.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials and products against documents.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess, damaged, or obsolete items.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, handling, and organization of inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and document stock movements, adjustments, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, and other departments regarding inventory concerns.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and established inventory control procedures.
• Assist in internal and external inventory audits.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the inventory/warehouse area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
