We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Officer to manage, monitor, and control all warehouse stocks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, proper stock organization, full traceability of goods, and strict monitoring of stock movement and product expiration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed inventory records for all warehouse stocks
- Ensure all products are properly organized, labeled, and stored according to company standards
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stocks, ensuring correct quantities and item accuracy
- Ensure all stocks are fully trackable, from receipt to issuance or delivery
- Coordinate with staff to verify that all items prepared or released for client orders are complete and accurate
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations
- Monitor expiry dates of products and report near-expiry or expired items promptly
- Prepare inventory reports and notify management of stock discrepancies, shortages, or overstock
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of warehouse stocks
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse inventory, stock control, or logistics is an advantage
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and systematic
- Knowledge of basic inventory systems, spreadsheets, or stock management tools
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Honest, reliable, and able to maintain accurate records
- Willing to follow inventory control procedures strictly
