Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a Fixed Asset Associate to maintain accurate asset records for hospital equipment, furniture, and property.

The role supports asset tracking, reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. The successful candidate will reconcile counts, record disposals and movements, and assist in depreciation schedules while coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and other hospital departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in fixed assets or asset accounting preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register and related records.
• Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and movements of hospital assets.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and asset verification across departments.
• Tag and monitor fixed assets to ensure proper identification and accountability.
• Reconcile physical asset counts with accounting records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and hospital departments regarding asset transactions.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to fixed assets.
• Assist in depreciation schedules and other fixed asset accounting activities.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of asset-related documents.
