Kitchen Beauty Marketing Corporation is seeking an Asset Accountant to oversee fixed assets, ensure accurate recording, reconcile with the General Ledger, and monitor insurance and utility expenses. The role supports internal controls and process improvements across asset management and admin finance functions.
The candidate should have a 3–5 year background in accounting, fixed asset management, and ERP experience, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Oversees the administration, monitoring, recording, and reconciliation of the Company's fixed assets. Ensures proper documentation, reconciliation, and recording of fixed asset and administrative finance transactions. Supports the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and process improvements related to asset management and administrative expenses. Monitors utility billings, recurring administrative expenses, and other assigned finance-related obligations.
Maintain accurate fixed asset records, schedules, tagging, and documentation, including acquisitions, transfers, relocations, and disposals
Reconcile fixed asset records with the General Ledger and monitor asset status, location, custodians, and physical verification
Maintain updated insurance records, coverage schedules, premiums, and renewal dates for Company assets and properties
Coordinate policy renewals, billings, documentation, and insurance claims with providers, brokers, and concerned departments
Monitor registration and renewal schedules of Company assets to ensure timely compliance
Monitor and verify recurring utility billings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
Review and process invoices for fixed assets, insurance, utilities, and administrative expenses
Prepare monthly reconciliations, schedules, and reports for fixed assets and assigned administrative expenses
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and documentation requirements
Coordinate with departments on asset and administrative finance matters and support assigned finance projects and process improvements
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Accounting Technology, Business Administration or other related business course
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Management
Finance degree is preferred
Experience in an ERP/Accounting system is an advantage
Strong understanding of fixed asset records and reconciliation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
