Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Associate to maintain accurate records of medical and office assets, and support depreciation and reporting.

You will conduct regular inventory, coordinate with Finance and Procurement, and ensure compliance with accounting policies while assisting monthly closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in fixed asset accounting or general accounting; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate financial records.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register and supporting documentation.
• Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and other fixed asset movements.
• Monitor capitalization of hospital equipment, facilities, and other qualifying assets.
• Calculate and record depreciation and assist with monthly closing activities.

About the role
