Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Philippines for RTS Capital. This is a 1099 contract sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts within the region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development, a proven sales record over the phone and in person, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the Philippines. Makati is the preferred location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in business development.
• Proven, solutions-based sales experience over phone and in-person.
• Self-driven, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience selling within the Philippines; English business proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; ideally in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics.
• Present and explain complex financial products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain international customer relationships via phone and in-person visits.
• Manage a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on new business.
• Collaborate with agent partners; follow up on leads and referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.
