The role focuses on billing and sales support, helping customers with billing concerns, account updates, and service inquiries while recommending suitable packages. You will handle inquiries across mobile, internet, and voice services, identify upsell opportunities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with privacy and performance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Senior High School diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, telecommunications, billing, or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal English with international customers.
• Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Comfortable discussing service plans, explaining charges, and recommending products or upgrades.
• Demonstrates problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concerns.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate customer management systems.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City with shifting schedules.

Aufgaben

• Handle inquiries regarding mobile, internet, telephone, and other telecommunications services.
• Review billing statements, explain charges, process payments, and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Update account information, modify service plans, and manage service-related requests.
• Provide information on available packages, promotions, upgrades, and additional services.
• Identify sales opportunities through product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Address customer complaints professionally and work toward timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document transactions using the company's systems.
• Follow account guidelines, data privacy requirements, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with support teams when escalation is needed.
