Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to our EMEA customers and sales managers. You will handle account setup, inquiries, and order management, ensuring accurate PO data and timely delivery.

With 4+ years in sales administration and strong CRM/ERP experience, you’ll excel in a dynamic, international environment, often working cross-functionally with planning, logistics, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 4 years of industry experience in sales administration/order management for international customers.
• Excellent MS Office; knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
• Experience in shared services or BPO is an advantage; international environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong language skills; preferably mother tongue level.
• Analytical mindset with ability to present data clearly.
• Reliability, discretion, and efficiency in a high workload.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with confidentiality.
• Passion for the outdoor industry and familiarity with outdoor goods preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up accounts and maintain customer details (Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC).
• Support the sales team in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage order processing workflow from PO receipt to shipment delivery.
• Ensure that all PO information is complete and accurate.
• Check orders against inventory and forecast.
• Review vendor business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, and sales reps to resolve PO issues.
• Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, and IT to resolve supply chain issues.
• Perform special tasks and assignments as needed.
