iSupport Worldwide in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a Sales Support Associate to provide comprehensive support to the sales team and customers, handling inquiries, orders, and post-sales service.

With 4+ years in sales or customer service and a strong command of English, you will manage orders, maintain customer data, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment. This role requires attention to detail and travel readiness for international assignments.

Qualifications

• 4 years industry experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Sets up and maintains customer accounts, ensuring accurate data in relevant systems (Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC).
• Acts as a subject matter expert on products, customer onboarding, and account management.
• Establishes customer expertise and communicates pricing, payment terms, and vendor compliance guidelines.
• Maintains customer-related data, including portals, item setups, factory profiles, price lists, and quote sheets.
• Manages customer price lists and research chargebacks and discrepancies.
