Job summary

Euroasia Executive Search Inc is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage inquiries and coordinate international freight shipments. The role covers monitoring shipment status and ensuring timely communication among clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with experience in freight forwarding or international logistics, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in customer service within freight forwarding, international logistics, shipping, or cargo operations.
• Knowledge of international sea and air freight, import/export procedures, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding international sea freight, air freight, cargo shipments, and logistics services.
• Coordinate with international clients, shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and internal operations teams.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on bookings, departures, arrivals, and deliveries.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shipping documents, quotations, and other required shipment information.
• Assist customers with import/export requirements, schedules, freight charges, and documentation concerns.
• Resolve shipment delays and service-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and shipment details.
