Yello X Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate inbound and outbound domestic shipments in Manila. You will work with shipping lines, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, updating records, resolving delays, and maintaining KPI reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in freight forwarding or logistics, with strong attention

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or transportation.
• Knowledge of domestic container shipping processes and freight forwarding documentation.
• Familiarity with shipping lines, carriers, and customs clearance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple shipments and priorities.

• Coordinate with Customer Service, carriers, trucking providers, customs brokers, and internal teams.
• Verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Track shipment milestones, update records in YXE, and proactively communicate shipment status and operational concerns.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and service disruptions.
• Maintain shipment reports, KPI records, and other operational documentation.
