You will partner across lines of defense to assess practices, identify gaps, and implement improvements with clear status reporting for executives. You will develop and maintain control frameworks, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver executive communications to enable timely decisions, with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business integration, project, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of risk and control concepts, including design and execution.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous or changing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including clear presentations and reports.
• Willingness to work a mid-to-night shift aligned to business needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams with governance.
• Collaborate with business, operations, legal, compliance, risk, audit, and tech partners.
• Assess and strengthen control environments for acquisitions or integrations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain control frameworks, governance, and reporting.
• Enhance frameworks to improve consistency and readiness for change.
• Coach controls partners on risk concepts and evaluation practices.
• Create executive updates and status reports for senior leadership.
