Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business integration, project management, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of risk and control concepts, including design and execution.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate conflicts to drive decisions.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creating clear status reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams with governance considerations.
• Collaborate with business, operations, legal, compliance, risk, audit, and technology teams.
• Assess existing controls for newly acquired or integrated businesses and strengthen controls.
• Develop, implement, and maintain control frameworks, governance, and reporting.
• Enhance frameworks for consistency, sustainability, and change readiness.
• Coach controls partners on risk concepts and evaluation practices; identify potential issues.
